Youcefi: That's why Biden says he's going to run in the next election

According to SVT's Fouad Youcefi, there may be strategic reasons why Biden responded as he did.

- If Biden's opponents, the Republicans, know that the president will only sit for four years, they will do everything possible to delay as much as possible and then compete against someone new in the next election.

Now, when Biden says he wants to line up again, they probably will not have that strategy.
