China News Service, Beijing, March 25 (Liu Dawei and Li Hanxue) Recently, 11 departments including the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and the State Forestry and Grassland Administration jointly issued the "Regarding Supporting the Development of Taiwanese Taiwan-Funded Enterprises in the Agricultural and Forestry Fields in Mainland China" Measures" (abbreviated as "Agriculture and Forestry 22 Measures").

Taiwan compatriots engaged in related industries in the mainland recently received an interview with a reporter from China News Agency that the measures are of great help to Taiwanese businessmen who come to the mainland to contract forest land, agricultural land to grow crops or raise livestock, and hope that specific measures will be introduced as soon as possible across the mainland.

As the "second generation of Taiwanese businessmen", Huang Guoshu came to the mainland from Taiwan with his parents at the age of 14. He currently runs an enterprise in Beijing that integrates ecological planting, deep processing of agricultural and sideline products, and sightseeing.

He said that in the first few years of enterprise development, he encountered many inconveniences on the issue of land management rights.

Due to past policy factors, many Taiwanese businessmen who come to the mainland to engage in related industries also face difficulties in land transfer and other issues, and disputes are inevitable.

He said that the "22 measures for agriculture and forestry" prescribe the right medicine and provide legal protection. He believes that more Taiwanese agriculture and forestry companies will "westward" the mainland to develop in the future.

In recent years, the mainland has paid more and more attention to the development of agriculture and rural areas, and cross-strait cooperation in related fields is bound to become closer.

It is hoped that all parts of the mainland can introduce corresponding specific measures as soon as possible.

Taiwan Yuansheng Group, which has been cultivating for nearly 20 years in Longjiang County, Heilongjiang Province, has built a complete industrial chain in the local area that integrates livestock breeding, breeding demonstration, feed and raw material supply, slaughtering and processing, preservation, storage and transportation.

Cai Chengda, deputy general manager of Longjiang Yuansheng and Cattle Industry Co., Ltd., said that when he chose to invest and build a factory in Longjiang County, he was optimistic that it was located at 47 degrees north latitude and was the “golden cattle belt” in the world.

Longjiang County is also a major corn producing county and can provide high-quality feed for beef cattle breeding.

At the same time, the local government has given many preferential policies in attracting investment, which will help reduce the cost of breeding.

"In the early stages of development, we faced the problems of high-end management and lack of talents for animal husbandry and veterinary medicine, and corporate operations were somewhat affected." Cai Chengda said, "Agriculture and forestry 22 measures" will bring greater convenience to Taiwanese businessmen in the agriculture and forestry industries in the mainland. Contribute to the accelerated expansion of the scale of the industry.

The measures include policy support for corporate financing, cold chain warehousing and transportation facilities, and talent introduction, which will stimulate corporate vitality and promote diversified development.

He said that he hopes that in the future, attracted by various preferential policies for Taiwan, more high-end talents in Taiwan's excellent management and animal husbandry and food production will join their company.
