The fire started at 4 pm and according to the rescue service, it is substantial.
- The apartment is completely overheated, says Anders PÅlsson, internal commander of the rescue service Northeast.
No people were in the apartment when it started burning, but according to SOS Alarm, two people were taken to hospital.
- There are about ten fire trucks on the scene that are trying to get control of the fire, says Mikaela Warhed, team leader at SOS Alarm.
The smoke has spread to several of the other apartments in the apartment building.
