The survey of the work environment at Op / IVA in the county, which was presented in February, is 130 pages long and is based on interviews with healthcare staff from November.
138 employees from all three hospitals in Eksjö, Värnamo and Jönköping were interviewed.
One theme in the report is "Organization", which describes the collaboration between hospitals and clinics.
