President Moon Jae-in and Mrs. Kim Jeong-suk received the AstraZeneca vaccine in the morning of today (23rd) at a public health center in Jongno-gu, Seoul.
The vaccinations for the Moon couple were made to attend the G7 summit in the UK in June, and the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is giving priority to vaccination when leaving the country for essential purposes such as business trips.
The Blue House said that together with the couple of President Moon, they also vaccinated 9 essential personnel to attend the G7 Summit, including National Security Officer Seo Hoon, Chief Security Officer Yeon-sang Yoo, and Second Deputy Security Officer Kim Hyeong-jin.
