23 March 2021 Voter turnout in Israel remains low: around 9 pm local time (8 pm in Italy), 60.9% of those eligible voted, 4.7 percentage points less than the last election in March 2020 and the lowest figure since 2009 when at the same time 59.7% was recorded.
The turnout among the Arab minority was particularly low, causing the two Lista Unita and Ra'am parties to tremble as they fear "a disaster".
