Lüneburg (dpa / lni) - The Lower Saxony Higher Administrative Court has rejected applications to open furniture stores and solariums in urgent decisions.

The judges of the 13th Senate in Lüneburg also dismissed the demand to open retail in an area with an incidence over 100, where the easing according to the Corona regulation does not apply, a spokeswoman said on Tuesday.

Two operators of clothing stores had submitted the joint application.

The country had relaxed some rules, but these steps do not apply in cities and counties with an incidence of over 100 new infections per 100,000 inhabitants in the past 7 days.

An application to ban accommodation for tourist purposes and two to close restaurants are still pending and should be decided before Easter, said the spokeswoman.

The Senate is very burdened with the Corona proceedings.

"Of course, further applications can be made at any time, but with regard to the tourist accommodation ban, no changes have been announced for the new regulation," she said.
