Carsharing provider Miles also uses e-cars in Hamburg

Hamburg (dpa / lno) - The car sharing provider Miles is now also offering electric vehicles in Hamburg and Berlin.

A total of 150 vehicles would be available, 120 in Hamburg and 30 in Berlin.

The company justified the choice of location on Tuesday with the better promotion of electric mobility in the Hanseatic city.

For example, car sharing e-vehicles in Hamburg are allowed to park free of charge in public parking spaces.

The charging infrastructure and density are also more advanced.

Other car sharing providers with electric cars in Hamburg include Share Now (BMW i3, Mini Electric), Sixt Share (BMW i3, Renault Zoe) or Share a Starcar (Smart EQ, Renault ZOE, BMW i3).
