The cameras also showed that the paramedic Sami Al-Anzi, who was passing by accident in the street, stopped his car and went to treat the wounded, until the arrival of the ambulance teams.

For his part, Al-Enezi clarified, in an interview with the Saudi Citizen website, that he was outside his work hours and while on his way to a family purpose, accompanied by his brother, he witnessed the traffic accident.
Al-Enezi pointed out that the injured was found unconscious and that he checked his pulse and breathing, and then proceeded to stop the bleeding and provide appropriate treatment before the arrival of the emergency teams.
The Saudi medic revealed that he permanently puts an ambulance bag in his car, as well as special splints for critical injuries.
