New York (AP) - Sir Elton John is relocating his legendary Oscar party to the Internet this year because of the corona virus.
For 17 euros, fans can take part in the one-hour show on April 25 (local time) before the actual award ceremony.
In addition to John and his partner David Furnish, the event will be moderated by actor Neil Patrick Harris, and the British pop singer Dua Lipa will appear as the musical star guest.
The proceeds from the event - one of the hottest around the Oscars in times before the pandemic - will benefit Elton John's AIDS Foundation, as the musician announced on Monday.
