March 22, 2021 Six people were arrested by the police for the death of Francesca Manfredi, 24 years old from Brescia, crushed by a mix of alcohol and drugs on 23 August.

They are accused, for various reasons, of intentional homicide, possession and trafficking of drugs.

The most serious position would be that of a 33-year-old who was at home with Francesca Manfredi when she died.

He would be charged with manslaughter for injecting her with heroin.

The judge in the order writes that "by injecting the lethal drug into Francesca intravenously because the high would have been stronger than that caused by smoking it, she must therefore answer for unintentional murder".

From the reconstructions made, also through wiretapping, the 33-year-old and a 24-year-old girl who had spent the night at Francesca's house would find her lifeless.

The two, however, would not have called for help immediately and would have tried to revive the friend by putting her in the tub full of ice.

Traces of cocaine, ketamine, benzodiazepines and cannabinoids were found in the victim's body.
