Infant was injured when he hit his partner

The man is suspected of having dealt several blows and kicks while the woman is said to have held their nine-month-old child.

Both must have fallen to the floor.

The woman had several hemorrhages and bruises on her body.

The child suffered, among other things, a fracture of the scalp and neck bone as well as bleeding outside the skull.

Among the evidence is a sound recording that the woman is said to have started at the time of the assault.

- The man partly admits the act, and then two blows that he aimed at the woman, says prosecutor Olof Åberg.

The suspected perpetrator is also charged with aggravated assault on women, as he has on several occasions in the past two years allegedly subjected his partner to violence and threats.
