21 March 2021After the accusations of racism by Harry and Meghan, the British monarchy is running for cover: it will review internal regulations to promote "diversity" among its employees.

We want to increase the number of minorities present in the buildings of Buckingham, Kensington and Clarence House.

The sources stressed that measures already exist in this sense and that "the hoped-for progress has not been seen";

but they also stressed that the measure was planned before Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan, revealed, in the sensational interview with Oprah Winfrey, how they had felt victims of racist considerations by someone in the Royal family, a non better specified member of the family itself.

Oprah Winfrey later clarified that Harry had specified that he was referring neither to his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, nor to his grandfather, Philip of Edinburgh.

According to sources, the proposal has "the full support" of the royal family and was evaluated even before the interview, which will be taken into account anyway.

"There are policies, procedures and programs but we have not seen the expected progress", explained the sources, according to which "we need to do more".

"It is something that is being considered, but it is too early to be announced," the sources said, after the news was released by the Daily Mail.

The commitment to greater sensitivity of the royal family to diversity will also include the issues of disability and LGBT.

After the blatant accusations of racism, the royal family called the statements of Harry and Meghan "worrying" and promised to clarify them, albeit privately.

Practically in a conversation with Prince Harry, before the birth of Archie (eldest son of Harry and Meghan), someone from the royal house would have expressed "concerns" about the color of the unborn child's skin.

Prince William "does not feel trapped in the monarchy"

Prince William does not feel at all "trapped" in the system of the British monarchy and the suggestions of his brother, Prince Harry are far from "hitting the mark": to reveal the state of William's soul - second in the line of succession to the British throne, after his father, Prince Charles - is a source close to the royal family.

The Sunday Times reports that the Duke of Cambridge (Prince William), as reported by "a friend" of the prince, has "accepted" his role and "the path laid out for him";

more "he is definitely his grandmother's grandson in terms of his sense of duty and service," said the source, presented as being close to both brothers.

A long article dedicated to the figure of the Duke of Cambridge, "an intimate portrait of the future king", made on the eve of the tenth anniversary of the prince's marriage to Kate Middleton.

Harry argued, in the course of the interview with Oprah Winfrey, that his brother and his father, Prince Charles, are "trapped" in the system of the British monarchy, within the "Institution ... system, but I did it. "
