For the 268th time, 1. FC Nürnberg and SpVgg Greuther Fürth meet today.
The omens before the ever explosive Franconian derby could hardly be more different.
While the host Fürth is on the rise in the 2nd Bundesliga, the local rival from Nuremberg has to fear for relegation.
"We can give a lot back to our fans, they have to forego a lot," said Nuremberg coach Robert Klauss before the next meeting in Corona times.
In the first leg, the Fürth won 3-2.
"A defeat in the derby hurts more than a normal one," admitted Klauss.
