This is the position of Fnomceo, the National Federation of Medical Orders, given the possibility of involving pharmacies, and possibly parapharmacies, in the vaccination campaign after the approval of the "Sostegni" decree-law.
For the Federation it is important that the doctor is present to collect informed consent and ensure intervention in case of need.
Therefore, Fnomceo reiterates, the "right need to accelerate and expand the vaccination campaign cannot be at the expense of safety".
