Flensburg (dpa / lno) - A large number of the SG Flensburg-Handewitt players have left their voluntary isolation.

As the handball Bundesliga team announced on Saturday, after consultation with the responsible health department, only the training group in which the second corona case occurred on Thursday is in quarantine.

The same applies to the three Danish national players Lasse Möller, Mads Mensah Larsen and Simon Hald.

The measure has been lifted for the rest of the team.

Further tests are to be carried out “in close cooperation with the responsible health authorities”, according to a club announcement.

This results in further measures for the coming week.

The 104th Schleswig-Holstein derby against THW Kiel is on the agenda for the Bundesliga leaders next Saturday.
