Speranza stressed that "today people are aware, much more than before and our National Health Service is really the most precious thing we have. Today the conditions are in place to make it stronger and to make our country more capable of respecting the mandate of article 32 of our constitution ". The minister said now "the key word will be proximity, taking charge. For a national health service that looks after people and takes care of their problems. Doing this means investing in the women and men of our national health service. because in the end, what matters are they who have relationships with others every day ". "Within this context, the territory becomes the fundamental thing: when a parent accompanies his child to the doctor's offices, he performs an act of trust and we must invest in this.
