The alarm came just before 09 on Saturday.
The rescue service was quickly on site and was able to establish that it was on fire.
- We have a construction fire in the villa.
It is burning under the roof and in the walls and we have no control over the situation, says Andreas Svenblad.
By noon, the fire was not yet under control and five units were working on the scene.
No person has to go to the hospital first.
