Candidate Park said at a press conference for the election camp in the Anguk Building in Jongno-gu, "We will sign a universal disaster support plan that is paid in KS Seoul digital currency with the Seoul Mayor's 1st approval."



He added, “The condolence money will be issued as a block-chain-based local currency that expires within 6 months of payment.” “Contributing to the local small business economy and increasing investment and interest in the 4th industrial revolution, laying the foundation for establishing Seoul as a protocol economy hub. The budget for these disaster relief payments was estimated at about KRW 1 trillion.



Candidate Park said, "It is estimated that Seoul City will generate a surplus of about 4 trillion won since last year's revenue was higher than expected," he said. "I will return the taxes paid by citizens."



After the press conference announcing the payment of condolences, Candidate Park responded to a reporter's question about the late Park Won-soon, former Seoul Mayor's sexual harassment victim, who reported to the Election Commission that some of the supporters of the Democratic Party reported to the Election Commission, saying, "We apologize.
