The "Earthquake Reconstruction Special Allocation Tax" is issued by the national government once every six months in March and September to support the finances of local governments affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake.



At a cabinet meeting on the 19th, Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications Takeda reported that 109.1 billion yen will be delivered to the relevant local governments for March.



The amount of grant to the prefecture is 55.4 billion yen, with Iwate prefecture having the largest amount at 25.4 billion yen, followed by Fukushima prefecture at about 14.7 billion yen and Miyagi prefecture at about 10.9 billion yen.



The amount granted to municipalities was 53.7 billion yen, with the largest amount being Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture, 6.9 billion yen, followed by Rikuzentakata City, Iwate Prefecture, 6.6 billion yen, and Kesennuma City, Miyagi Prefecture, 6.3 billion yen. I am.
