Halle (AP) - Jenice Funke is leaving the Bundesliga handball club SV Union Halle-Neustadt.
The 21-year-old left winger will move to SV Werder Bremen after the end of the current season.
The native of Leipzig has signed a contract with the second division team until 2024.
The Halle club announced this on Friday.
Funke is hoping for more play from her move.
For the newly promoted SV Union, the winger has scored 43 goals so far this season, 20 of them in the last four league games.
