The number of recruits in multiple places has been reduced. More than 20 provinces will conduct written examinations on the same day

This year, the recruitment time for civil service provincial examinations is generally advanced. Since the end of last year, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Shandong, Beijing, Zhejiang and other provinces have already started the 2021 civil service recruitment.

Since February this year, more than 20 provinces have intensively launched provincial examination recruitment, and the written examination time for civil servant recruitment this year has been set from March 27 to 28, which is significantly earlier than previous years.

Judging from the scale of recruitment, compared with the trend of expansion in various provinces last year, the scale of recruitment in many provinces has been reduced overall this year.

For example, last year, Inner Mongolia planned to recruit a total of 7,270 civil servants, an increase of nearly 400% compared with the 1,471 in the previous year.

In this year’s provincial examination, Inner Mongolia’s planned recruitment scale reached 5,310, a significant drop from last year.

In Henan, compared with the enrollment scale of nearly 10,000 last year, the number of enrollment candidates in Henan Province this year has dropped to 7,901, a reduction of more than 20%.

This year’s provincial examination recruitment, Guangxi plans to recruit 2,905 civil servants, which is reduced by half compared with the recruitment scale of 5,890 in the previous year.

Judging from the announcement of civil servant recruitment plans in various places, this year's provinces in the provincial examination and recruitment have significantly reduced the scale of recruitment and many other provinces such as Shanxi, Hubei, and Hunan.

Although the scale of recruitment in some regions has been reduced, the enthusiasm for registration remains unabated.

Take Henan as an example. Before the deadline for the registration of the provincial examination, the number of applicants for the provincial examination in Henan was close to 500,000. Although the number of applicants proposed by the province decreased by 1,936 compared with last year, the number of applicants increased by more than 40,000 compared with last year. Competitive pressure has further increased.

"On the whole, under the background that the number of recruits is relatively stable, the number of applications for civil servants is increasing year by year, and the degree of competition for examinations is still unabated." Analysis by Liu Shuai, an expert on public examination of chalk education.

Liu Shuai said that judging from the currently announced enrollment scale, the enrollment plan of many provinces in 2021 has been reduced to a certain extent compared with last year. However, in Sichuan, Yunnan, Guangdong and other provinces, the enrollment scale has been expanded this year. From a point of view, the recruitment of civil servants still maintains an overall stable trend.

The policy favors fresh graduates in some areas with a broad definition of “graduates”

Observed from the recruitment policy, this year, the trend of civil servant recruitment in favor of fresh graduates is still obvious.

In November last year, the Ministry of Education issued the "Notice on Doing a Good Job in Employment and Entrepreneurship for the 2021 National College Graduates".

The document mentions that local education departments should cooperate and cooperate with relevant departments to promote employment stabilization policies to focus on college graduates, and implement policies such as party and government agencies, public institutions, state-owned enterprises and other vacancies that will mainly recruit fresh college graduates this year and next. .

In the recruitment of provincial examinations in various regions in 2021, many regions have given policy preference to fresh graduates.

This year, Shanxi Province plans to recruit 4376 civil servants, and 1299 graduates are recruited.

Shanxi also introduced that it plans to organize an interview in mid-June, and complete the employment approval in mid-July, so that it will be in line with the graduation time of college graduates, so that graduates can register for work after graduation.

Jiangsu has newly added the position of "targeted recruitment of 2021 graduates from ordinary colleges and universities" in organs below districts and cities, accounting for 21.1% of all recruitment plans.

Jiangsu also made it clear that eligible 2020 general college graduates, college student village officials and other service grassroots project personnel, general college graduates retired soldiers, and returnees who have obtained foreign (overseas) degrees and completed the education certification of the Ministry of Education are also included. The scope of targeted recruitment.

Zhejiang Province plans to recruit 6,000 civil servants, of which 3,204 positions are specifically set up to recruit fresh graduates from colleges and universities.

At the same time, the province has clarified that the qualification requirements for college graduates in 2019 and 2020 to apply for are the positions of college graduates in 2021.

"Judging from the currently published provincial examination recruitment data, although the total recruitment scale in many regions has been reduced compared with last year, the scale of fresh graduate positions is still increasing." Liu Shuai said.

Experts also reminded that in this year's provincial examination recruitment, some provinces stipulated that "graduating within the past three years without a job" can apply for the post of fresh graduates, and the definition of "graduate students" is more relaxed.
