March 18, 2021 "Very bad".

This is the comment of the Kremlin spokesman

Dmitry Peskov

commenting on the words of Joe Biden on Vladimir Putin.

"There have been no statements like these in the history of relations between Russia and the US," he stressed.

Tass reports it.

Russia will now evaluate its approach to cooperation with the United States, Peskov continued.

"Our approach will be analyzed in the next period, including in consultations with our ambassador, who has been invited to Moscow," Peskov said, commenting on US President Joe Biden's observation that, despite his assessments of the president Russian Vladimir Putin, basically defined as a murderer, it will be possible to cooperate with Russia on the aspects in which countries share interests.

Russian ambassador to the United States

Anatoli Antonov

will leave Washington on Saturday for consultations in Moscow: the Russian embassy reported today after the Kremlin announced yesterday that it would recall its ambassador following Biden's interview.

"On March 20, the Russian ambassador to the United States Anatoli Antonov will leave Moscow for consultations", the embassy said, adding that the diplomat will discuss "ways to correct relations between Russia and the US, which are in crisis" and that "certain reckless statements by senior US officials have put already overly conflicted relations under threat of collapse."
