Wiesbaden (dpa / lhe) - Hesse has re-anchored its corona rules for schools after an initial change last year.

Some regulations have been extended and some will be revised.

In the pandemic, legally secure requirements must also be created for the second half of the current school year as well as for the coming school year, explained the government factions of the CDU and the Greens in their bill, which was passed in the state parliament on Thursday.

Among other things, the option to deviate from existing examination regulations in the event of pandemic-related circumstances will be updated.

The support offers for schoolchildren during the holidays are to be significantly expanded in order to catch up on learning delays.

Distance teaching via video conferencing is also given a legal basis.
