A witness had reported a robbery on a kiosk, the police said on Thursday.
Four masked men are in the shop, one of them armed.
The police sent four strips to the alleged crime scene on Wednesday evening.
Two men nearby reported to the officers that it was a video shoot - but the police struck to be on the safe side and arrested the young men in black clothes and white balaclavas in the kiosk.
