It was yesterday, Tuesday, that the Norrbotten Region announced that they are pausing all vaccination with Astra Zeneca's vaccine.
3,800 Norrbotten residents will be affected by the announcement, but will receive another vaccine.
Tuesday's decision was a precautionary measure and so far it has not been possible to establish a causal link between the vaccine and the symptoms.
Great pressure on care after vaccine notification
Yesterday, both the Norrbotten Region and the Public Health Agency urged everyone who had small strange bleeding in the skin to contact the care - and the response was not long in coming.
