The growing suspicion of speculation by employees of the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH), which is growing rapidly, has a great influence on the public sentiment of the April by-election.

On the 13th, according to the results of an opinion poll surveyed by Nextri Search, candidates are selected in the Seoul Mayor's by-election, and 76.8% of respondents answered that it'has an impact'.

It was surveyed that all age groups were greatly affected by the LH crisis, especially in their 40s, who showed a tendency to support passports in various public opinion polls.

The middle class also responded sensitively.

77.3% answered that it has an effect.

This change in public sentiment has also changed the approval ratings of major candidates.

As for the fitness of the major candidates, the results of the survey on the 13th showed that Young-seon Park of the Democratic Party was 27.4%, Se-hoon Oh, the power of the people 26.1%, and Chulsu Ahn of the People's Party, 24.0%.

Compared to the Nextresearch poll on the 5th, Park fell 3.3 percentage points, Candidate Oh 3.1 percentage points, and Candidate A 1 percentage points up.

A detailed analysis of each political orientation showed that candidate Park Young-sun's approval rating fell 5.8 percentage points in the middle class, while Candidate Se-hoon Oh increased 8.4 percentage points and Candidate Ahn Cheol-soo decreased 1.0 percentage points.

Even if you look at it by age, there are areas that stand out.

Compared to the poll on the 5th in the 40s, which gave a lot of support to candidate Park Young-seon in various public opinion polls, the number has dropped by 7.4 percentage points.

On the other hand, Candidate Chul-soo Ahn jumped 9.2 percentage points, and Candidate Se-hoon Oh increased 2.8 percentage points (Candidate Se-hoon Oh jumped 11.5 percentage points in his 50s).

This trend was more pronounced in the virtual bilateral showdown.

Comparing the results of the virtual confrontation between candidates Park Young-sun and Oh Se-hoon on the 5th and 13th, Park fell 3.3 percentage points, and Oh rose 5.7 percentage points.

Looking at the middle class alone, Park dropped 7.4 percentage points and Oh increased 14.3 percentage points.

It shows that the change in public sentiment in their 40s and 50s is not small even by age.

In their 40s, candidate Park decreased by 8.5 percentage points and candidate Oh rose by 14.9 percentage points. In their 50s, candidate Park decreased by 6.1 percentage points and candidate Oh rose by 12.6 percentage points.

Shall we watch a virtual confrontation with candidates Park Young-sun and Ahn Cheol-soo this time?

Comparing the results of the survey on the 5th and the 13th, Park fell 5.5 percentage points, while Ahn rose 6 percentage points.

In the middle class, Park fell 9.3 percentage points, and Ahn climbed 8.7 percentage points.

As you can see by referring to the table, in the 40s, Park fell 10 percentage points and Ahn jumped 14.9 percentage points.

In his 50s, candidate Park decreased by 4.9 percentage points and candidate Ahn increased by 1.3 percentage points.

Sohn Chang-soo, head of Nextry Search, interpreted the results as a big move in the middle class, which showed a figure of about 40% in a recent poll.

The middle class, who played the role of the balancer, turned to the opposition candidate.

In addition, it was analyzed that the change in public sentiment in their 40s, which was classified as a key supporter of the passport, was also a major cause, and as a result, it was also said that the LH incident that moved them.

The number of respondents who say that the Busan Mayor's by-election is affected by the LH issue rather than the'Gadeokdo New Airport' issue shows that the'LH incident' is a problem that affects public sentiment nationwide.

Ahead of the deadline on the 19th, candidates for the mayor of Seoul will be decided one after another.

The unification of Park Young-sun and Kim Jin-ae in the passport, and Oh Se-hoon and Ahn Chul-soo in the opposition are imminent.

In particular, the final candidates for the opposition are determined through a two-day public opinion poll from the 17th.

Variables are gradually decreasing, and the rising trend of opposition rights continues, and we will tell you in the following polls what direction public sentiment will flow in the future.
