The creators of the drug "Sputnik V" cite an excerpt from the report on their Twitter, which says that the United States provided assistance to the countries of the Americas and discouraged them from accepting assistance from "malicious states."

“Examples include the use of the health attaché's office to persuade Brazil to abandon the Russian COVID-19 vaccine,” it reads.
