China News Service, March 15th. According to a report compiled by the South American Overseas Chinese News Network, Brazil's National Health Supervision Bureau recently issued new regulations that define the types and ways of wearing masks that people should use at airports and on airplanes during the new crown pneumonia epidemic.

According to the new regulations, people are not allowed to enter airports or airplanes while wearing masks with no protective effect (or wearing masks by mistake).

The Brazilian G1 website reported that Anvisa said that new and more aggressive variants of the new coronavirus are currently circulating, so these changes are necessary.

In addition to controlling medicines and vaccines, Anvisa is also responsible for monitoring the health conditions of Brazilian ports, airports, borders and customs areas.

The new law will take effect on March 25.

According to the content of the law, people should adjust them to suit their facial conditions when wearing masks.

The mask should cover the nose and mouth at the same time, and there should be no openings to prevent the exhaled air and droplets from entering or escaping out of the cover.

In addition, it is not allowed to use headscarves or scarves instead of masks; it is forbidden to use a protective cover that is not a "face mask" without a mask; it is forbidden to use masks made of acrylic or transparent plastic; it is forbidden to use masks with breathing valves; it is allowed to wear them Hand-made or factory-made fabric masks, but they should contain more than one protective layer and can be adjusted to fit the entire face.

On the plane and in the airport terminal, the mask is only allowed to be removed when drinking water or eating by special groups.

The special population here includes children under the age of 12, the elderly, and patients who require special diet patterns.

In addition, passengers with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disability, sensory impairment or any other disability that affects the correct use of masks, as well as children under 3 years old, do not need to wear protective masks when entering the airport or boarding the plane.
