“Two unknown persons who were moving from the Ukrainian-Belarusian border were noticed by a border guard ... The men had passport documents with them, but they decided to cross the state border in an illegal way,” the press release says.
The detainees also admitted that they planned to illegally enter the European Union through Ukraine.
They were taken to the border unit.
