"During the day, 995 patients with COVID-19 were registered in the Republic of Belarus, 1299 patients were discharged," the ministry's Telegram channel says.
During the pandemic, 2,095 coronavirus cases died in the republic, 293,485 people recovered.
Earlier, the first cases of the British strain of COVID-19 were detected in Belarus.
