The death of 7 patients in Corona due to the lack of oxygen in the Salt Hospital in the Jordanian capital (Amman) sparked a state of double sorrow for many Egyptians, besides grief over the death of their Jordanian brothers, the accident brought back to their memories what happened at the beginning of this year in the isolation hospital for Corona patients in the city of Husseiniya in Sharkia Governorate.
Egyptian activists compared the measures taken by the Jordanian authorities, which included the dismissal of the Minister of Health, Nazir Obeidat, and the director of the hospital, and the suspension of the official in charge of health in the region, as well as the government holding an emergency meeting, and the immediate visit of the King of Jordan, King Abdullah II, to the hospital, and the negligence of the Egyptian authorities. They saw that it did nothing but arrest the person, who filmed the incident and posted the video on social media.
