The Mohammed bin Zayed Council for Future Generations, in its third session held under the slogan “New Reality, New Horizons”, hosted the Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, Managing Director and CEO of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, in a dialogue session with a group of youth And young women of the Emirates from various sectors.

Al-Jaber responded by telling the story of one of his meetings with His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, in his answer, he reviewed the approach and directions of His Highness in dealing with the pandemic.
He said: “The vision and wisdom of my master His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, enabled us at ADNOC to face the unprecedented conditions of the (Covid-19) pandemic, and thanks to his directives, we were able to preserve the health and safety of our human cadres and continue our operations without interruption, and through flexibility. "Which we gained thanks to the paradigm shift that His Highness ordered to implement several years ago, we were able to achieve excellent and exceptional results, especially if we take into account the conditions that the world was going through last year due to the pandemic."
Al-Jaber also shared with the attendees the lessons he learned from the wisdom of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and his directions regarding the "Covid-19" pandemic, where he said: “His Highness’s proposal is characterized by calmness, confidence, accurate vision, and a long-term view, and it is primarily a proposal.
