It is predicted that the movie'Buttercup' will be nominated for six Academy Awards this year.



Gold Derby, a site specializing in predictions for the awards ceremony in Hollywood, USA, released the prediction results on the 12th local time, saying that'Minari' is expected to be nominated in six categories as a result of synthesizing the prediction results of 8,000 people including film reporters, editors, and members.



The six categories are Best Picture, Best Director, Best Actor, Best Supporting Actress, Best Screenplay, and Best Music.



Nominations for the Academy Awards will be announced on the 15th local time.



'Buttercup' is a film about the Korean family's settling in the United States, filmed by Korean director Lee Isaac Jeong (Jeong Isaac), and also Korean-born Steve Yeon.
