A slide that had suddenly disappeared from an American playground appeared in two months.

On the 11th local time, foreign media such as Fox News of the United States reported that a detective who was investigating a theft in Washington State found a large slide in an unexpected place.

In mid-December 2020, the Washington State Pasco police announced the news on social media that "the whole playground slide, which weighs 180 kg, has disappeared" and urged citizens to report.

In the embarrassing incident that took place before Christmas, netizens left comments such as, "Which poor child will receive the stolen slide as a gift?"

However, the whereabouts of the slide, which had been in the dark for the sun to change, turned out to be an unexpected opportunity.

Recently, Pasco police found out the residence of the man who was suspected to be the culprit while continuing investigations after receiving reports from residents that the “car catalytic converter was stolen.

Suspect Dustin Bushnell was living in a mobile home vehicle in Burbank, Washington, where the detective hitting the vehicle encountered a giant slide.

Although the color was different from the slide that had disappeared from the playground, the detectives confirmed that Bushnell removed the slide, painted it anew, and installed it on the child's bunk bed.

After discovering a car catalytic converter in a residential vehicle, Pasco police arrested Bushnell for possession of property.

The police revealed the identity of Bushnell on social media with the news that "the stolen slide is back".

Netizens responded by saying, "I am most sorry for the child who would have stolen the slide and even disappointed my father," and "I hope to pay the price and become a proud father."
