Hamburg (dpa / lno) - Hamburg's school senator Ties Rabe (SPD) is convinced that with a well-functioning self-rapid test concept, schools in Hamburg can be opened further after Easter.
"If that goes well, and I am very confident, then we have dramatically increased security in schools and then we can gradually get the other classes on board after Easter," said Rabe on Friday NDR 90.3.
Face-to-face classes will be restarted on Monday.
First of all, the primary and final classes of the secondary schools are to return to their classrooms with alternating lessons.
At the same time, the teachers should test themselves twice a week.
Rapid tests are also planned for schoolchildren; they should be included step by step in the self-test concept.
The school authorities have received more than a million such tests.
