Freiburg (dpa) - Two men convicted of gang rape in Freiburg have been on trial again since Thursday because of an alleged further such act.
The two Syrians are said to have jointly raped a then 20-year-old woman together with a third, also Syrian defendant, in September 2017.
The scene of the crime was the Freiburg apartment of one of the defendants.
Eleven days of meetings are planned.
Both men in custody for other rape
The two men, aged 24 and 25, who have already been convicted, have been in custody for over two years.
Last July, they were sentenced to prison terms for raping a then 18-year-old woman in front of a Freiburg disco in October 2018 together with other men.

The judgments are not yet final.
The gang rape had caused great horror.
Eleven men were charged in the subsequent trial.
For a majority of the men, the court found rape to be committed.
