Unna (dpa / lnw) - A 40-year-old resident of an apartment building in Unna, who is said to have set it on fire, has been arrested and taken to a forensic facility.
A psychiatric expert diagnosed the man with psychosis, said a spokesman for the Dortmund public prosecutor on Friday.
The 40-year-old is suspected of causing a fire in the house, which mainly houses the homeless.
He is also being investigated for attempted murder.
When the fire broke out on Thursday, there were eight people in the building.
Everyone was able to get to safety before the fire brigade arrived.
There were no injuries.
