Bielefeld (dpa / lnw) - An uprooted tree blocked a street near Bielefeld and put a driver in danger.
The 23-year-old noticed the obstacle too late on Friday night and got under the tree with his car, the police said.
He was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
According to police, the tree was probably overturned due to storm damage.
The storm "Klaus" swept over Germany on Thursday, the north and northwest were particularly affected.
