It is noteworthy that the spokesman for the coalition, Brigadier General Turki Al-Maliki, confirmed, Tuesday, while he was in Marib, that the coalition forces were continuing to support the Yemeni army with its battle there, and revealed that he had met officials in the governorate, and that "life is proceeding normally", as he stressed However, "Marib will be insurmountable to the Houthi militia," pointing out that "the latter does not care about the lives of its members who were sent to the battle."

Meanwhile, the army forces, backed by tribes and joint forces, managed to break a major Houthi attack on the Kasara area, inflicting heavy losses on them, and forcing the remaining Houthis to flee and retreat to their previous positions, according to field sources, confirming the death of the prominent Houthi leader, Ismail Zaid Ali Al-Moayad, who is one of the ideological leaders of the militia, is close to the Houthi family, and they are related by marriage and lineage relations.

The Houthi leader, Muhammad Sadiq Yahya, alias (Abu Sar'a), was also killed, along with the Houthi leader, Majd Naji Saeed Al-Bukhaiti, and the leader Muhammad Abdul-Wahab Al-Bukhaiti, one of the relatives of the Houthi leader, Muhammad Al-Bukhaiti.

Following these losses, the militias bombed the city of Marib with a ballistic missile that landed in the Al-Matar neighborhood, which left civilian casualties and damaged a number of homes.

The Yemeni army forces, backed by the local resistance, advanced towards new areas in the Maqabneh district, west of Taiz governorate, for the second week in a row, and reached the Lower Al-Mashallah area, as part of their efforts to open a road between Al-Birin and Al-Mokha, and they also took control of the strategic Jabal Ghobari in the Maqbana district, Al-Mutlal. The commander of the Muqabneh front, Colonel Hamid al-Khulaidi, confirmed to Emirates Today that the army, backed by local resistance, with the participation of the 21st Infantry Brigade of the Giants ’forces on the western coast, managed to control the strategic Jabal Ghobari overlooking the international road heading towards the city of Al-Barah. Al-Khulaidi indicated that the battles are proceeding according to his plans, and through several axes, with the aim of reaching Al-Barah, where the Houthi militias are largely stationed, and that progress is taking place through the axis of Al-Hanaa Baldha, East Al-Waziya, and Al-Tuwair area.

He explained that the battles are taking place in the direction of Jabal al-Luqaim, the last area in Maqbana, overlooking the city of Al-Barah from the eastern side, while the region of Al-Arak and Jabal Al-Arak overlook the city from the west, where the Giants' forces are stationed.

Field sources stated that the army forces advanced to the Al-Kadha-Al-Waziyah Junction, after the liberation of the Al-Ghaleel and Al-Suhaya areas, the removal of Al-Aduh, and the Al-Tuwair area, amid the collapse and retreat of the Houthi militia members and fleeing towards the city of Al-Barah, while a complete company of the Houthis handed themselves over to the army and the resistance.

Meanwhile, the 21st Infantry Brigade, affiliated with the joint forces in the western coast, managed to liberate the Al-Hanaa area of ​​Al-Kadha area in Al-Maafir district, in the first operation of the brigade in light of advances on the western fronts of Taiz.

Units of the Yemeni army of the Taiz axis joined forces with the joint forces led by Major General Haitham Qasim Taher, in the Al-Waziyah District, after imposing a suffocating siege on the remnants of the Houthi militia, which were stationed in Jabal Ghobari and Al-Rawi, and forcing them to flee, after violent battles that resulted in Many Houthis were killed and wounded, while others were captured.

During the past two weeks, the army and resistance forces had liberated 35 sites and areas, spread over an area of ​​17 square kilometers in a rugged mountainous geography, during which they looted many weapons and ammunition.

For their part, the militias blew up the Al-Anwar School in the Al-Tuwair area before fleeing from it, while hundreds of mines and explosive devices were planted in many roads and farms, and in valleys and mountains, in an attempt to impede the advance of the forces towards their last strongholds in the city of Al-Barah.

On the other hand, the Houthi militia pushed new and large combat reinforcements from the governorates of Ibb, Sanaa, Amran and Dhamar, and withdrew forces that were fighting on the Ma'rib fronts, and pushed them towards the Taiz fronts to regain the sites they lost during the past two weeks.

Local sources in Ibb governorate stated that dozens of Houthi fighters, reinforced with combat vehicles and various weapons and ammunition, gathered at the May 22 stadium in Ibb city, before being sent through Al-Qaeda city and Al-Sittin Road towards the western fronts of Taiz.

In Saada, the battles continued for the second day in a row between the army and militias on the Baqim front, after the Houthis attempted to advance east of the district, and they were thwarted by the forces stationed in the area, and they managed to burn a Houthi armored vehicle.

For its part, the coalition fighters bombed Houthi sites in Al-Zahir district and others in the Baqim region, leaving dead and wounded, and destroying Houthi combat vehicles, as well as bombing Houthi reinforcements in Al-Sawadiyah district in Al-Bayda governorate.

In Al-Hodeidah, the joint forces thwarted an attempt to advance towards the Al-Jabaliya and Al-Faza areas in the Al-Tuhayat district, and inflicted heavy losses on them, while Houthi sources of fire were extinguished targeting residential areas in the Al-Duraihimi district.
