With the first minutes of the second half of facing Dortmund and Seville, Turkish referee Kunit Shaker awarded a controversial penalty kick for the German team, which was introduced by the Norwegian star Erling Haaland.

However, Haaland - who had scored the first goal for his team - failed to translate the kick into a goal after it was blocked by Moroccan Yassin Bono, the Andalusian goalkeeper, who went directly to Haaland and provoked him.

However, the Turkish referee - after a signal from the "mouse" referee - demanded the return of the penalty kick, due to Bono’s move off the goal line before Haaland managed to turn it into a goal.

Regarding the shot, Haaland says, "The first penalty kick was missed and if (the goalkeeper) stood on the goal line, I would have scored the goal as it did in the second kick."

"I was feeling some tension when taking the penalty kick for the second time, but I knew it would be nice to add the second goal," he said.
