Hamburg (dpa / lno) - The Hamburg Universum boxing stable has signed the Argentinian Jeremias Nicolas Ponce.
As Universum announced on Wednesday, the 24-year-old South American is the unbeaten IBO super-lightweight world champion.
Ponce won 17 of his 27 fights to date by knockout.
Next, the Argentine is set to step into the ring for an IBF World Cup eliminator against Briton Lewis Ritson.
There is no date for the fight yet.
