"There is currently no indication that vaccination led to the development of these symptoms, not listed as side effects," the report said.
The EMA noted that "although quality problems are unlikely, the vaccine batch is currently being tested for quality."
Earlier, the Austrian authorities decided to suspend the use of the AstraZeneca vaccine batch after the death of one vaccinated woman and complications in another.
