Wertingen (dpa / lby) - A 30-year-old died in a head-on collision near Wertingen (Dillingen an der Donau district).
According to the police, a 19-year-old driver wanted to overtake a truck on Wednesday morning.
He overlooked the oncoming traffic and there was a head-on collision.
A 59-year-old man and his 30-year-old passenger sat in the car that was on the opposite lane.
The 30-year-old died at the scene of the accident as a result of the impact.
The 19-year-old and 59-year-old were admitted to hospital with moderate injuries.
