According to the investigation, on the evening of March 7, the 23-year-old owner of the house, intending to repair the chainsaw, brought a plastic container with gasoline into the house from the street and put it to the stove to warm it up.

After a while, he heard a noise and smelled burning and gasoline, leaving the room where his wife and children were sleeping, the young man saw that the stove was on fire.

“Having returned to the room, the suspect carried his 5-month-old son out of the house, but he could not return to the burning house because of the strong smoke and fire that blocked the way,” the UK noted.

Earlier it was reported that a 25-year-old woman and two children: a five-year-old girl and a three-year-old boy died as a result of a fire in the Omsk region.
