Glauchau (dpa / sn) - A 33-year-old was attacked with a knife and seriously injured in an emergency shelter in Glauchau.
A 27-year-old is under suspicion, as the police announced on Tuesday.
She is said to have attacked the older woman with a kitchen knife in the area of the upper body.
The 27-year-old was caught and provisionally arrested near the emergency shelter for the homeless shortly after the attack on Tuesday morning.
A rapid drug test was positive.
The exact course of events as well as possible motives are the subject of the investigation, it said.
