The suspect in the murder of a six-year-old son in Moscow was a traffic police officer

“It has been established that the detainee is an inspector of the road patrol service of one of the territorial departments of the city of Moscow.

On this fact, an official check was appointed, as a result of which the employee was dismissed from the internal affairs bodies on negative grounds and will be held accountable in accordance with the procedure established by law, ”the press release says.

The department added that the suspect at the time of the arrest was "presumably in a state of severe intoxication."

Ambulance workers on the spot stated the death of the child.

Earlier it was reported that the body of a child born in 2014 with signs of violent death was found in Moscow.

A criminal case was initiated on the murder of a minor, the boy's father was detained.

According to the metropolitan prosecutor's office, a six-year-old boy died of bodily harm.
