Stuttgart (dpa / lsw) - Hundreds of pharmacists in the southwest are in the starting blocks with Corona snap tests - but cannot get them to the woman or man because of formalities.

The amended Coronatest Ordinance must still be published in the Federal Gazette, the State Chamber of Pharmacists said on Monday in Stuttgart.

It is assumed that this will be made up for on Tuesday and that at the same time the questions of billing and the registration of those tested will be clarified.

According to spokeswoman Katina Lindmayer, the billing will probably be made through the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians.

485 of 2403 chamber members are registered in a portal in which interested parties can find a participating pharmacy in their area.

The other pharmacies did not refuse, emphasized Lindmayer, but were mobile or did not have the space required for testing.

She did not hear any complaints about the lack of test kits.

The latest federal-state resolution on the corona crisis stipulates that the federal government will assume the costs of a quick test per citizen and week from this Monday.

Federal Health Minister Jens Spahn (CDU) had already pointed out on Friday that the tests could not be offered consistently in all countries from Monday, but that it should start quickly.
