Fed up with Covid-19 and health restrictions.
A hundred residents of Idaho, in the United States, gathered this Saturday to protest against the restrictive measures taken to curb the spread of the coronavirus.
During this demonstration, protective masks were burnt in front of the State Capitol in Boise, reports

Wearing a mask not compulsory in Idaho
In the images, we see adults but also children throwing masks into a fire lit for the occasion in a barrel.
"People have to realize that we are here today to put the brakes on government, to restore our Republican form of government," said one opponent.
In Idaho, however, the governor has not made the wearing of a mask compulsory.
This is only taxed in seven counties and eleven cities.
In Boise, where the demonstration took place, the town hall encourages residents to wear a mask but does not force them to do so.
In 2020, 170,000 people caught the coronavirus in the state and 1,900 people died from it.
