According to the employment law investigation that has been made, the police employee must during the period 1 January - 6 November 2020 have registered that he worked without having done so for 103 hours and 21 minutes.

The employer has stated that he acted deliberately and systematically when he reported incorrect working hours.

The man himself has stated that he should not have deliberately cheated with his working hours, but that there must have been something wrong with the system.

The Police Authority's Personnel Liability Committee has now decided that the man may resign with immediate effect.
